GROWTH ADVISORY FOR FOUNDERS & CEOs
Stalled growth is frustrating and expensive. We help you get back on track.
You’ve built a business with real traction. But growth is getting harder, and the next move isn’t obvious. We help you understand what’s limiting results, decide where to invest, and get your team working toward a clear plan.
WHEN TO BRING ME IN
The playbook that got you here is starting to lose its edge.
The business has changed. Customers, competition, and the demands on your team have changed with it. But it can be difficult to tell which parts of your approach need to change next.
You’re spending more cash without seeing enough progress.
Acquisition costs are rising, growth is harder to sustain, and you need to know whether the answer is more investment or a different approach.
Everyone has a plan. You need a shared direction.
Your team, agencies, and partners are busy. You need a clearer view of which efforts matter and how they fit together.
The next decision feels expensive to get wrong.
Increase the budget? Change agencies? Hire a leader? Improve the offer? You need a stronger basis for choosing.
A clearer understanding of the problem makes the next investment a better-informed decision.

YOUR GROWTH ADVISOR
An experienced perspective. A practical partner.
I’m JR Blaszek. I bring more than 15 years of experience spanning household brands at PepsiCo and Henkel, new businesses at Amazon, and C-suite leadership as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer at venture-funded health and e-commerce companies.
Across those roles, I’ve learned that sustained growth depends on how the whole business works together. Customer understanding, product, marketing, economics, and execution all influence one another. As the business evolves, those connections need continuous improvement, optimization, and refinement.
I’ve led marketing teams, developed products, and managed entire business P&Ls. That breadth helps me connect decisions that are often made separately and identify where a change can make the greatest difference.
Today, I work directly with founders and CEOs whose businesses have outgrown the approach that got them here. Together, we identify what’s limiting progress, decide where to focus, and build a practical path forward.
HOW I LOOK AT GROWTH
Know what needs to change before you invest in more.
A slowdown can look like a marketing problem while the underlying issue sits elsewhere: an offer that isn’t converting, customers who don’t return, economics that don’t support acquisition, or a team working against competing priorities.
Customer
Who buys, why they choose you, and what brings them back.
Economics
What it costs to win and serve customers—and which opportunities can support profitable growth.
Execution
How priorities, people, partners, and measurement translate strategy into results.
Together, these give leadership a clearer basis for deciding what to change, what to fund, and what to stop.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Get a clear plan. Have a partner as you put it to work.
Growth Diagnostic & Action Plan
When you need to understand what’s limiting growth and agree on what comes next.
We examine business performance, customer economics, the customer journey, and how your growth efforts are being executed.
You leave with:
A clear assessment of the main growth constraints.
Prioritized opportunities and investment recommendations.
A recommended 90-day action plan with ownership and success measures.
A leadership working session to discuss the findings and next steps.
Ongoing Growth Advisory
When you want an experienced partner for the decisions and execution ahead.
Work directly with me to assess opportunities, challenge assumptions, review results, and help your team stay focused as the business learns.
We work through decisions such as:
Where to invest and where to pull back.
What to improve across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Which team capabilities and external partners you need.
What the results are telling us and what to change next.
Tell me what’s happening, what you’ve tried, and the decision you’re facing. We’ll discuss how I would approach the challenge and whether working together makes sense.
You’ll speak directly with me.
